DQ and Relay Cards – At the most recent CPSL officials meeting it was decided that teams should use USS 2 part DQ slips. They can be ordered from USS. See the links page for the web address. The home team will be responsible for supplying the slips for dual meets. CPSL RULES OF COMPETITION AND MEET PROCEDURES CPSL Constitution YMCA East Group South Championship Guide Scoring a ‘combined events’ meet: Here is a Meet Manager back-up of a ‘new’ meet with the C&P Alternate Meet events. Restore this to a file and open it. 1) In meet setup, fix things to reflect your meet and your pool. Right now, it is set for 6 lanes, so if you don't change it, it will give you 6 lane seeding. 2) The scoring should all be correct.  When entering swimmers, please pay attention and assure that the non-standard swimmers are indicated as exhibition (X).  Instructions for this are given in the event comments.  This assures that the right swimmers are scored. 3) Edit the event comments for all relays to clearly indicate what is being combined and what isn't.  The only non-standard thing here is that we permit 13&over relays as well as 13-14 relays.  This assures that small teams at least have one relay.
